Cooking For One? Turn ONE dish to THREE!

Half the ingredients to make Rfissa for one.

You can use the extra msmen for breakfast by cooking it as mentioned on the recipe card. Butter each side and add a drizzle of honey on each. Serve hot with a side of peppermint or spearmint tea for an authentic Moroccan breakfast.

Use the left over chicken as the main protein for next day's lunch.
