What's in the box?

1. What’s in the Box

Each box includes pre‑portioned ingredients and spices to cook meals for 2 or 4 people, plus a recipe card with step‑by‑step instructions.

2. Authentic Recipes

Every recipe comes from people of the country themselves, home cooks sharing what they authentically eat in their everyday lives, rooted in family traditions and regional culture.

3. Simple to Cook

Just follow the recipe card, add the spices, cook as instructed, and enjoy.

4. Keep the Recipe Cards

You keep every recipe card to return to the dish anytime.
We don’t repeat dishes, only regional variations within countries. At least not anytime soon! With 190+ countries, there’s endless ground to explore.

5. Learn Real Cooking Skills

Each dish teaches skills you can reuse at home like cleaning fish, shucking shellfish, or building flavour with herbs and spices that you can use in your everyday kitchen.

If you want to ease in (or push yourself), the website lets you filter meals by difficulty and cooking time, so you can choose what fits your skill level, schedule, or energy that day.

6. Learn Like Generations Before You

The recipes guide you as if you grew up in these households, learning through repetition, tradition, and everyday cooking.

7. For Any Skill Level

Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced home cook, the recipes are designed to build confidence and curiosity in the kitchen.

8. Flexible & Yours

Changed your mind? You can always cook something different.
At the end of the day, it’s groceries. Thoughtfully sourced and entirely yours.

Use the left over chicken as the main protein for next day's lunch.

You can use the extra msmen for breakfast by cooking it as mentioned on the recipe card. Butter each side and add a drizzle of honey on each. Serve hot with a side of peppermint or spearmint tea for an authentic Moroccan breakfast.
